Fall is rapidly approaching and I am sure everyone is looking forward to the cooler weather. This session we again have lots and lots of classes and events for you to choose from so I hope we can get your creative juices going and you find something that interests you. We have several new teachers I am excited to introduce you to – Sandy Gunter (whom you may have met this summer), Alice Kay Arnett from Laramie and Melinda Barta author of Hip to Stitch and from Piecemaker magazine. Also Norah McKeeking author of Bella Bella quilts will be back and a huge welcome back to Jude Michalak who is now well and able to be smocking again!! Barbara Willis, well know doll maker will also be here in September to teach us her doll making techniques.

Sunbonnet Sue Through the Seasons - First Sat of month beg. 9/2, 10:30-12:30
This quilt was spotted at the Berthoud Quilt show and requests were made for a class so here it is! Make this adorable quilt one block at a time in tune with the seasons. Hand and machine appliqué techniques will be taught. These blocks cry out for embellishment so you can let your imagine go wild!

The Redwork Quilt - Second Fri of month beg 9/8 1:30-3:30pm
Come and enjoy afternoon tea while you stitch these authentic blocks from one of Susan’s original antique Redwork quilts.  You will receive the patterns for all 49 blocks in the original1892 quilt.  The history of this embroidery technique will be discussed as you enjoy lots of show and tell from Susan’s personal Redwork collection.

Barbara Willis with La Belle! - Sat and Sun, 9/9 & 9/10, 10:30-4:30 each day.
Barbara Willis is an internationally know fiber art doll maker. La Belle is a wonderful soft sculpted doll with wired hands, leather shoes and stamped dupioni silk. Lots of techniques are shared in this class. All levels of doll makers are welcome provided you can use your sewing machine. Don’t miss this opportunity!

Class Policy
1. We require full payment at the time of registration, otherwise we cannot guarantee your spot.
2. A full refund will be made if it is necessary for us to cancel the class.
3. Store credit will be given if you cancel your registration at least one week prior to the first class session.
3. Classes will be cancelled one week prior to the first session if enrollment is not sufficient.
4. All students will receive a 10% discount on all supplies required for the class.
5. Space in a class may be reserved via phone at (970) 223-4269 with credit card payment for class fees.
6. Please make sure your machine is in proper working order and that you pick up a supply list prior to each class.
7. We request that no children be brought to class.
